2. Pricing & Payment Terms
All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order placement.
Payments are processed securely through our payment partner Cashfree Payments (a PCI-DSS compliant Payment Aggregator authorised by the Reserve Bank of India). We accept the following payment methods:

- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
3. Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship to all pincodes across India. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation. We partner with trusted logistics providers including Delhivery, BlueDart, and India Post for reliable delivery.
4. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@rockmanscollections.com with your order number.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
5. Limitation of Liability
Rockmans Collections shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or products purchased through it. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
